Sharna started her career in real estate as a Business Development Manager with some of Brisbane’s leading brands. Her background in business development made for a smooth transition into recruitment, where she now matches top talent with clients, just as she once matched tenants to properties.

Since joining Gough in 2018, Sharna has grown from building and managing the Gold Coast portfolio to expanding her expertise across both the Gold Coast and Brisbane. She brings valuable industry knowledge, professionalism, and a strong client network to our team.
